Usually produced in blocks, feta is sold as a crumbled table cheese, or cut into cubes, making it easy to add to common dishes like Greek salads. Feta is also used in certain sandwiches and pastries, in baking more widely known Greek dishes like spanakopita, and even used as the centerpiece of certain dishes.
